HOW IT WORKS
Tested by an independent external laboratory, the Instant Barn Wood Treatment has been proven to have a highly superior resistance and durability than the average, commercial wood colouring products. How it works is simple and efficient:
- Mix the contents of the pouches with water
- (For desired effect) Apply our Booster
- Apply a first coat of Treatment on the wood
- Let dry
- (For desired effect) Apply a second coat
- Admire the finished result!
Why use our Booster?
Depending on the type of wood you have selected, the results will vary because some are softwoods whereas others are hardwoods. Our Booster allows you to prime the surface for an Instant Barn Wood transformation. Its use is optional and will depend on the result that you are looking for.
Our Booster allows the greying of difficult to colour woods and enhance the resulting grey colour. Customers that wanted an enhanced grey colour have chosen to use it.
Why a second coat?
The application of a second coat is highly recommended in order to have achieve a complete saturation of the treatment on your wooden surface. Furthermore, it will deepen the colour of the grey as well as give it a more even, uniform distribution of colour on the treated surface of your project.
