The same sections also do not apply to personal information that is public by law, from the effective date of this policy onwards.

Processing

Within 30 days of receiving the complaint or after receiving all the additional information deemed necessary and required by the personal information protection officer of Les Innovations ADAPTIVA Inc. to process it, the officer must evaluate it and provide a written, reasoned response by email to the complainant.
